
Ingredients:-
- Toor dal/thuvra parippu- ½ cup
- Ash guard/Kumbalanga -2 cup
- Tomato -1
- Onion -1
- Green chilli-2
- Turmeric powder-1 tsp
- Chilli powder-1 tsp
- Salt
For seasoning:-
- Coconut oil
- Curry leaves
- Mustard seeds
- Red chilli
Instructions:-
- Soak dal. Wash it add turmeric and chili powder and pressure cook it and transfer to another vessel.
- After that add chopped Ash gourd, onion, tomato, green chilies mix it and put the lid on and let it cook .
- When it is done, heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, add dry chili, curry leaves, stir and pour in to the curry.
